Your heat pump installation, step by step
1. Survey visit
We help you choose the right air-source heat pump and the best installation spot, either over the phone or on site.
2. Installation
Installation typically takes 2–3 hours with two experienced professionals. We work in your home without shoes, use a vacuum cleaner and clean up after ourselves.
3. User guidance
Finally, you receive an installation report and we show you how to use your heat pump.
4. Aftercare
We’re here to help with anything related to your heat pump after installation, too. After two years, we’ll call you to arrange a service for your pump.
